ZABUM (For the Future of Youth) is a unique program for adolescents and young people launched by the UNICEF Office for Croatia, and implemented through the Innovation Laboratory for Youth.

The program encourages young people to engage and participate, encourages them to initiate change and develop their full potential. The program is continuously evolving, adapting to current social circumstances, and activities include UPSHIFT workshops, HACKATHON for social change, Innovation Academy skills development programs for 21. century, Meetups , and a digital platform to support youth activism ZABUM voice .
