LEAP Summit is a two-day, international, multidisciplinary conference for young professionals that brings together domestic and international world-renowned speakers. It is part of the LEAP platform, which is a year-round program for young professionals who are on average 20 to 35 years old.

Over the years, the conference has grown, and the impact on the general youth population has also grown and gained an international character. The conference resulted in additional content for young people and new knowledge in multidisciplinary topics (entrepreneurship, innovation, digital technology, EU Green Deal, social entrepreneurship, STEM and startups), an opportunity for networking among young people and their future employers, an opportunity to develop ideas and start and creating new business opportunities between employers.

The 2018 LEAP Summit brought together over 2,500 participants.
