It was attended by <strong>30 young people<\/strong> aged 18 to 30 from the following countries and organizations:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Portugal &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/contextos.org.pt\/\">Contextos<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Germany &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/jubuk.wordpress.com\/\"><span data-sheets-value=\"{\"1\":2,\"2\":\"Jugend, Bildung und Kultur\"}\" data-sheets-userformat=\"{\"2\":4224,\"10\":2,\"15\":\"Arial\"}\">Jugend, Bildung und Kultur<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Slovakia &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youthforequality.sk\/\"><span data-sheets-value=\"{\"1\":2,\"2\":\"Youth for Equality\"}\" data-sheets-userformat=\"{\"2\":4224,\"10\":2,\"15\":\"Arial\"}\">Youth for Equality<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Georgia &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/gye.ge\/\"><span data-sheets-value=\"{\"1\":2,\"2\":\"Georgian youth for Europe\"}\" data-sheets-userformat=\"{\"2\":513,\"3\":{\"1\":0},\"12\":0}\">Georgian youth for Europe<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Ukraine &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pangeya.com.ua\/\"><span data-sheets-value=\"{\"1\":2,\"2\":\"CIVIC ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT CENTER PANGEYA ULTIMA\"}\" data-sheets-userformat=\"{\"2\":4737,\"3\":{\"1\":0},\"10\":2,\"12\":0,\"15\":\"Arial\"}\">Civic Organization Development Center Pangea Ultima<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Croatia &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.huki.hr\">HUKI<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">What does the international youth exchange project look like?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Erasmus+ youth exchange consists of numerous activities aimed at helping young people learn about certain topics through <strong>informal education<\/strong> , in this case in the field of entrepreneurship. On our exchange, we tried various techniques: energizers, acting, video recording, using digital tools like Padlet and Kahoot, drawing, quizzes, music and dance, movies, and even &#8211; believe it or not &#8211; silence!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-105743 size-large aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/huki.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/DSC_7317-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"840\" height=\"560\" srcset=\"https:\/\/huki.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/DSC_7317-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/huki.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/DSC_7317-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/huki.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/DSC_7317-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/huki.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/DSC_7317-1536x1025.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/huki.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/DSC_7317-350x234.jpg 350w, https:\/\/huki.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/DSC_7317.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 840px) 100vw, 840px\" \/><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">What did we learn?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Where to start? We worked on defining entrepreneurship, understanding the target group, developing projects, finding passion through the Ikigai method, creating a business plan, pitching and self-reflection. All participants in the teams had the opportunity to develop <strong>their own entrepreneurial idea<\/strong> and present it to others in a short pitch, after which the best idea &#8211; just like in any other entrepreneurial competition &#8211; won the most funding from investors. In addition, <strong>video materials<\/strong> were recorded on several important topics: business model, entrepreneurship, ikigai, pitch and target group.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The entire exchange was led by experienced facilitator <strong>Mirko Logo\u017ear<\/strong> , founder of the educational platform <a href=\"https:\/\/different.hr\/\">Different<\/a> .<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Visit to local entrepreneurs<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition to everything, we also visited <strong>local entrepreneur Marijana Brcko<\/strong> in the town of Oroslavje, who introduced us to her own business ventures related to <a href=\"https:\/\/marijanabrcko137.wixsite.com\/opgbrcko\">OPG Brcko<\/a> , which she stepped into together with her brother Nikola Brcko. On their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/profile.php?id=100064912985101\">ranch<\/a> , they offer a variety of events, primarily for the youngest, such as birthday parties and educational workshops about nature and animals. There is also the possibility of camping in a rural idyll. In addition, Marijana is engaged in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.upotrazizarijecima.com\/hr\">writing stories for children<\/a> and theta healing, and she also invented cards of emotional needs that help children express their emotions. The second youth exchange takes place in <strong>December in Georgia<\/strong> .
