With ever-increasing competition in the job market and the growing need for innovation and creativity, we know that today it’s more important than ever that you have access to the skills, resources and support you need to succeed – whether it’s personal or business.
And that’s why…
And that is exactly why we are preparing the Growing Youth Potential project, the goal of which is to provide an opportunity for young people to develop the skills and abilities they need to succeed in today’s rapidly changing world.
About the program
The program will be aimed at encouraging engagement and entrepreneurial skills, increasing employability and enabling equal access to education for young people from different backgrounds.
The activities we will go through will be mixed, but they are designed with the aim of developing social and practical skills, as well as a proactive way of thinking.
In a small team of ten participants, we will go through several important basic topics such as business modeling, design thinking and innovation, business plans, financial plans, marketing plan .
The program is intended for people who have no experience with entrepreneurship in order to get basic information about the mentioned areas, which they can later expand and use for the development of their own business – or submit a business idea to the Social Impact Award Croatia competition.
