“Facilitating Power” is a training within the Erasmus+ program on the topic of power dynamics in society, which is intended for everyone who is interested in this topic and who works or volunteers in organizations with young people. The training is conducted by the organizations La Vibria Intercultural and La Lluerna.

Who?
The Croatian Office for Creativity and Innovation invites all interested parties to participate in international training within the Erasmus + program funded by the European Union!
What?
It is a seven-day training that will bring together 28 participants from 14 different countries: Spain, Georgia, Armenia, France, Italy, Slovakia, Ukraine, Greece, Malta, Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey, North Macedonia and Croatia.
On this Erasmus+ course you will learn how to:
- Understand the rank, privilege and power dynamics that structure your perception and behavior,
- Understand and develop a plan to improve the power dynamics in your organization,
- To learn how power is related to conflict,
- Gain a deeper understanding of the underlying dynamics of racism, sexism, classism, lgtbphobia and the exclusion of minority groups in general,
- Gain a new understanding of human relationships,
- Learn and try new ways of dealing with power (dynamics).
Who is the training for?
The training is intended for everyone who has reached the age of 18, and especially for young people who are interested in the topic of power dynamics in society and the impact on perception, human relations, privilege and the like. The training will be completely organized in English.
When and where?
The training will take place from the 14th. until 21.08.2023. in Dosrius, Spain. Participants will be able to come to the project venue on the 14th. August, and return back to their countries on the 21st. August.
Participation costs
Participation in the training is completely free, and all participants are provided with accommodation, food and all materials for the activities. Transportation is insured for a maximum value of 275 EUR, as much as the budget obtained from EU funds allows.
