In Vienna, on November 18, 2022, we had the opportunity to hold another transnational meeting within the Erasmus+ project Growing Youth Potential. What is happening with this international project, what are our plans and who all participated in the meeting – read below!
Who and why Growing Youth Potential?
Growing Youth Potential is a project created with the aim of creating a comprehensive eight-month program for young people from the NEET population in the field of learning entrepreneurial skills and developing their entrepreneurial ideas. The program will be implemented in 5 different countries in 2023. year: Croatia, Hungary, Austria, Slovenia and Romania. The meeting was led by project manager Blanka Hlad, and representatives of 6 different organizations working on the project participated:
- Foundation for Sustainable Enterprises
- International Youth Health Organisation
- Social Innovation Solutions
- SLOAM, Youth Agency
- SIA Social Impact Award gGmbH
- Croatian Office for Creativity and Innovation
What have we done so far?
The project lasts from the beginning of 2022. year and so far we have succeeded:
- to design an 8-month entrepreneurial program that will be implemented over a period of 3 until 10 month of 2023
- write a mentoring manual for experts who will take on a mentoring role in the program
- create a platform for project participants with useful articles, materials and an interface for submitting entrepreneurial ideas
- design the visual identity of the project
Part of the project has passed, but a lot more awaits us in the coming months, so stay tuned! 🙂
The project “Growing Youth Potential” is implemented within the Erasmus+ program KA2 which arefunded by the European Union. The contents of this publication are the sole responsibility of Croatia Office of Creativity and Innovation.
