HUKI goes international! At least when it comes to our international training within the Erasmus + project, which we will describe below.

As part of the “Be Enterprising – fostering entrepreneurial attitude in youngsters” project in the period from 24. to 29. April HUKI held an international training funded by the Erasmus + program. As guests of the Positive Samobor Association at the Greenville Eco Farm, we gathered 22 participants from six countries who are partners in the project. These are organizations from Estonia ( Shokkin Group ), Poland ( Agere Aude ), Portugal ( Contextos ), Germany ( Jubuk ) and Austria (#Coobra), and our hosts presented their social and entrepreneurial activities to them during their stay.

The training program was designed by trainers Pavel Vassiljev and Olalla Gonzalez from Shokkin Group (Estonia), who also conducted its key activities using energizers , quizzes, acting and practicing group work to gain new knowledge.

Entrepreneurial simulations

In addition to learning a lot about business planning, the characteristics of the entrepreneurial atmosphere in the participating countries, financing the entrepreneurial idea, the differences between the nonprofit and for-profit sector and pitching their ideas, the participants developed their own entrepreneurial ideas and used entrepreneurial skills in interaction with the local population. city center simulations . After the training, all participants will spread entrepreneurial values and knowledge in their local communities and organizations through workshops and lectures.
